CraftsforCharity on Facebook

For those who haven't come across our facebook page yet, CraftsforCharity has launched a facebook page to spread the word to a wider audience. Many thanks to my blog follower Grannysmither who suggested that we should have one during the recent blog giveaway. The facebook page was launched this week and within three hours of being online we had over 100 fans, and this number is growing every day. So many thanks to those who have 'liked' the page and if you haven't yet, you can find us here:

I will use the page to announce changes to the crafts directory (of which there are several planned), new members of the directory and anything else that I feel may be of interest.

Talking of new members, we have had a couple of new crafts join the directory this week:

The fist thank you this week goes to Cherry Tree Handmades who sell handmade items using crochet, knitting and textiles to include traditional granny blankets, scarves, cards and pictures, through their Folksy shop.

The second thank you this week goes to Sew Mama who produce handmade boutique baby bags and handbags with matching accessories. Sew Mama Donating 5% of all sales to the Macmillan charity.

Many thanks to everyone again for your support. I am currently working through the comments left as part of the recent blog giveaway, so expect a few changes to the directory in the near future...and don't forget to fan our facebook page.
